Payment and Cancellation

Payment for Stage Files service is made in advance. You may pay for 1 month or 1 year of service at a time. If you do not make a payment before the Expiration Date of your account (which you may find in the Account section of the web site when you log in), your account will be considered lapsed, and Stage Files will restrict access to or remove your portfolio from the Stage Files web site. Should you wish to cancel your service, simply stop making payments through the web site, or turn Autorenewal off in the Account section of the web site.

Termination

Your account may be terminated by Stage Files at any time and without notice if you violate this agreement, or without cause upon 30 days prior notice.

Copyright

You warrant that your content does not infringe the copyright of any third party.

Adult Content

You may not host adult content or pornography on Stage Files.

Interruption of Service

Stage Files is not liable for any delay, interruption, or outage of service.
